My interest in sport and leisure started early on in my school years representing Ireland at Netball and been a member of the leister hockey team.
I decided to study a degree in Sports and Recreation management in Glasgow University and returned to Ireland to Manage a Leisure Centre on the east coast of Ireland. With many qualifications under my belt-ASA full swim teachers, aqua aerobics- deep and shallow, Trainer assessor with the RLSS (Royal Lifesaving Society), NCEF, Reebok Martial Arts and ITEC, I decided to go and travel attending workshops and conventions within the industry and when I returned decided to focus on Pilates and graduated with the NCEHS National Qualification in Pilates Mat in 2004.
I graduated in May 2011 studying a Yoga Sport Science course and I am a Yoga Sport Coach working within Yoga Sports Science.
I am currently enrolled in a BSAI Pilates studio equipment module course in Melbourne for 6 months and will be based in North West Ireland again as of February 2013.
