Yoga Sports Coach™, Rebecca Coales, swam nearly 4 lengths of an Olympic-size pool, holding her breath for two and a half minutes, breaking the UK Freediving record.

Rebecca believes her sport-specific yoga training helped her to achieve this incredible result.

The event requires swimming underwater as far as possible on a single breath, with a Monofin. She beat the record which has stood since 2009 in the dynamic fins discipline, by 13ft.

We look forward to seeing what Rebecca takes on next, in the meantime we hope she enjoys a well earned rest!
